The mission of the National Tree Trust is to promote healthy communities by providing resources that educate and empower people to grow and care for urban and community forests. By partnering our neighborhoods, businesses, environmental agencies and conservation groups, the National Tree Trust helps communities use trees to improve our homes, our health and the quality of our lives.

| Since 1990, the National Tree Trust has enabled more than 500,000 volunteers and others to plant more than 10 million trees in communities like yours. In addition, our education programs have taught over 780,000 youth about the value of urban forestry, how to plant trees and how to care for them to ensure they live long, healthy lives. |
